Dylan Tomine (Toe-mean-a) is a freelance steelhead bum, writer, sink-tip addict, Patagonia fly fishing ambassador and what he calls a ‘reluctant’ conservationist.†You can catch some of Dylan’s latest stories in recent issues of the Drake, and his report the State of Steelhead is arguably one of the most compelling calls to action for steelhead conservative ever written. He has some exciting new projects that he’s involved in that we’ll discuss during the show and if we’re lucky a fish story or two. Dylan lives in Washington state, where he is pioneering the use of Spey rods for bluegills with his daughter Skyla and son Westin.
